- Ongoing support and maintenance (if requested)
2.2 Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
- Respond to our communications in a timely manner
- Provide necessary content, materials, and feedback as requested
- Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Important: Upon full payment, you will receive complete ownership and full rights to all code and developed content, as guaranteed in our service description.
3.1 Client Ownership
After project completion and full payment, you will own:
- All source code developed for your project
- All design assets created specifically for your project
- All content and materials we create on your behalf
3.2 Third-Party Components
Some projects may include third-party libraries, frameworks, or tools. These remain subject to their respective licenses, which we will clearly communicate to you.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing and Invoicing
All pricing is project-specific and will be clearly outlined in your individual contract. Payment schedules are typically structured around project milestones.
4.2 Late Payments
Late payments may result in project suspension until payment is received. Interest may be charged on overdue amounts as specified in individual contracts.
5. Project Timeline and Delivery
Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope. Actual delivery dates may vary due to:
- Changes in project scope
- Delays in receiving client feedback or materials
- Technical complexities discovered during development
6. Revisions and Changes
Our agile approach allows for flexibility in project requirements. However, significant changes to the agreed scope may affect timeline and costs. All changes will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.
7. Website Use and Conduct
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Transmit any harmful or malicious code

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Warranty and Support

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. Any defects in our work will be corrected at no additional charge if reported within 30 days of delivery.
9.2 Ongoing Support
Maintenance and support services are available on request and will be subject to separate agreements.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- You will pay for all work completed to the termination date
- We will deliver all completed work and materials
- Both parties will return any confidential information
11. Confidentiality
We respect your confidential information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to perform our services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Swiss courts.
13. Changes to Terms
